My personal spiritual practice is at the core of my life. It manifested both through challenging experiences, and through deep realizations and a sense of awe. I am delighted to share my resources and all that I have learned with others.

My life unfolded through unexpected meanderings and synchronicities. I had the good fortune of meeting teachers and therapists along the way who guided me through what felt impossibly difficult, into deeper and subtler realms of exploration. This allowed me to experience my life's circumstances from a more spacious perspective, bringing clarity and equanimity in my daily life, and clearing the way for me to realize about and open to sources of knowledge other than my mental understanding. I am grateful to have met mentors with whom I continue my inquiry so that I may engage with clients in a safe and fruitful way.
